Steps I can take to reduce stress and anxiety

I really want to try and take some practical steps to reduce my stress and anxiety levels. I feel constantly topped out. Like I've reached limit of my patience levels. The cup is full. The levels feel constantly simmering high. This morning just getting out the door has given me a stinking headache. I'm trying to take multivitamins. I sea swim occasionally. I walk lots with my dogs, but my older dog has recently become very reactive, so this is no longer the stress releasing activity it used to be, but actually mors stress inducing.

My daughter is now not going to bed u till 8ish, which reduces my me time. In a single Mum. I tried antidepressants depressants. Feel better for a while, eat off back to zero. I don't remember things being this bad before covid and my marriage breakdown.

I'm frazzled like a frazzled thing. My brain hurts and struggles with too much noise, not ideal when you have a chatty child. Work is constant stress, but that's not changing any time soon. I'm so fed up of feeling like this. Please help.
