Clumsiness!

I have just literally tripped up the stairs as I stepped on the hem of my dress.
Yesterday I conked myself on the bridge of my nose by opening the shoe cabinet.
On Monday my cardi pocket snagged the door handle as I walked past and I walked into the wall…

This is practically my daily life!
My DH always says my limbs (covered with bruises of varying colours) resemble a 7 yr old’s!

Are you a clumsy one or are you an elegant graceful swan who just glides through life without mishap?

I am clumsy and I think it's down to dyspraxia and I'm almost always daydreaming when I walk I feel like I'm floating. Lack of concentration, mental illness like depression or depersonalisation or bipolar, ADHD are other causes.

What helps me is lack of clutter on floor, mopping up any spillages or mess as I'll slip on them guaranteed. My DH is so fucking annoying with dumping his shoes wherever and I often trip on them. If any furniture has moved or something been left on the floor I risk tripping.

If you have always been like this, I'd consider dyspraxia.
If this is a new thing then I'd wonder about your glasses or other new condition.
