Haven have I automatically been upgraded?

Booked a chalet (cheaper than caravan) went onto my haven app and it says saver caravan? Also a midday checkin which is brill. Anyone else had this on the app.

Saver caravans are the lowest they offer. Both they and the chalets say ‘from £49’ so probably pretty equivalent, but you have the bonus of being detached which is good.

A saver caravan is the basic van. You probably booked a basic chalet? They will have possibly switched you to a van for what they term 'operational reasons' - I don't think it's an upgrade unfortunately

Got to admit I hope it’s an error on the app as the chalet single beds are bigger, as is the bedroom ( better for teenager). Not to mention the cooker in chalet is electric.
