I have a tendency not to look after my body well. Yesterday, I went to the dental hygienist for a polish and scale and it was bad. I know it would be, as I've been stuck in a cycle of neglecting my teeth and then having horrendously uncomfortable/ painful cleanups all my adult life. I am determined to not let it get that bad again, I can't afford to ignore my oral health now I'm late 30s. I've ordered an electric toothbrush, which should be arriving tomorrow. My goal is to
- brush my teeth properly every morning
- never go to bed without brushing my teeth
- floss before brushing every night
- use interdental brushes every night
So far I'm on a two-day streak💪🏻
Would anyone like to join me for some mutual accountability/ support for self-care routines?
