I'm doing a food diary but I still can't tell what's causing my stomach cramps

I've been keeping a food dairy for 2 weeks to try and see if there are any patterns in my episodes of stomach cramps and 'IBS-like' attacks. I can't see any pattern so far. Does anyone have any advice on how to spot what's causing the issue?

Today, for example, I've had porridge with semi-skimmed milk and a coffee for breakfast, a cheese sandwich on wholemeal bread, a yoghurt, a banana, an iced coffee drink made with semi-skimmed milk and then tomato and mozzarella pasta for dinner. Around 30 minutes after eating the pasta I got intense stomach cramps. The last time I had had bad stomach cramps/an IBS attack I had also had pasta, but I have had pasta other days with no issue.

I thought maybe it was the iced coffee drink as it was had a lot of milk in it, but I eat porridge made with milk most days, and have a dash of milk in my tea everyday. I also eat cheese a lot.

I had a similar problem. It was the actual coffee. Not the milk. I can't drink it at all. I only found out by chance that coffee could actually cause cramping by watching tiktok I stopped it and experimented a few weeks later and found it certainly was the culprit.
