DD2 is 15 months and has 7 teeth. She has the middle four on top, three of the middle four on the bottom. She's had the third one on the bottom for a couple of months with no sign of the other one.
I seem to remember with DD1 they all came through in pairs. Is it normal to have a big gap between teeth in the same pair?
