when my daughter was that size she would wear a hat, vest dress and socks ,cardigan if breezy

Flickersy · 09/08/2023 15:18

At three weeks old, anything. A nappy and a vest would do, or a light babygrow.

or a vest with romper like this

mine just wore a vest when it was hot. You can always add a layer if you think they’ll get cold

There’s a lot going on here!

Does this count as hot enough for a vest? I don’t have really any ‘thin’ rompers…

sorry i went for a family photo as i couldn't find one of just my daughter lol ,i always went for the rules babys were one more layer than you .So i would pop on a vest on and then a standard footless romper or dress over it

AngryBirdsNoMore · 09/08/2023 17:51

Went for a normal cotton romper and I reckon he was too warm - not a happy baby. So when we were in the shade I just stripped him off and draped a thin muslin over him and he was much happier.

Just finding it hard to trust my own judgement. Anxious.

thanks for comments. Sorry for a stupid thread.
