What's yours?
I'm pleased with ours this week as it's using up a lot of ingredients and is relatively veggie heavy after a very indulgent weekend!!
Wednesday- miso roasted cabbage, crispy tofu and mushrooms, rice
Thursday- soup (from the freezer, probably tuscan bean and tomato) fresh bread
Friday- loaded veggie sandwiches with chicken brats on the side
Saturday- oatmeal for breakfast, leftovers for dinner (I work saturday)
Sunday- tiktok feta eggs on tortilla with smashed avocado and pickled onions for breakfast, partner will smoke a chicken and we'll put that on ramen with whatever veggies are left
Monday- in laws are coming, thinking caramelized onion upside down tarts and the leftover chicken on a green salad
Tuesday- my long day, probably pizza!
