Small car with rear seat space and big(ish) boot

I currently drive a Citroen MPV and love it but looking for something smaller for every day use.

Ideally I'd like the smallest car possible with as many of these requirements as I can:

Hybrid/ electric option (not essential)
Three separate or large rear seats/ plenty of leg room
Space for the middle passenger to sit with legs straight on, not either side of the 'hump' as we call it!
Boot big enough for medium size dog and boot guard.
Nice extras like heated seat, rear cameras, etc etc

I'm not fussed on make and budget is fairly flexible but not ridiculous. Can go for new or used.

Any recommendations would be appreciated- I've googled and googled and can't come to any conclusions!

We have had a Nissan Juke, Mercedes a class and Toyota Yaris all for this reason- three v tall DCs.
the new model juke is quite spacious. The vw has good leg room and width too.

Renault Zoe

If you look hard you can get one with heated seats. Boot is pretty big, is comfy and nice to drive. Fully electric. Cameras and big screen for sat nav etc.
