Options for blocking specific devices from the internet at set times?

I'd like to block my teen's ipad for 1 to 2 hours a day during the holidays. The rest of time they can access the ipad / internet so I don't think setting aside say 90 minutes for music practice and a walk outside is asking too much.

They themselves want to stop scrolling all day but get hooked into it and so are ok with this plan. Ideally I could control it from the router / my pc.

We have virgin broadband and a hub 3 anyway to block online access for a set period?

If it’s an iPad you can set screen limits. My son (he’s only 5) gets 45mins. Then he needs a password or sends a request to my phone for more time. You could do that and only give more time when chores are done etc.

Ok thats an option thanks, but I am not always available by phone when at work so would like other ideas too!
