Simple/perfect to-do list app?

I find that a lot of the to-do list apps available require you to input so much info for a simple task that I don't necessarily need a deadline (and so on) for.

My wants:

• simple
• don't have to input lots of criteria for each item eg. deadline, importance, alarms etc.
• can keep multiple lists of different things

I just want to keep rolling to-do lists of things I need to do in the house, things to buy, random thoughts that pop up, just anything and everything really.

I look all the time but still haven't managed to find what I'm looking for. TIA!

(I'm Apple not Android btw).

I just use notes with bullet points to check off.

I use Notes also, my life is on there 😊

I use Keep Notes by Google with check boxes to tick off. I have daily lists, medium and long term lists. Plus a shopping list.

And I colour code them

If anyone has a great system and willing to share a screenshot that would be great also.
