...my alarm goes off for work, I check my Fitbit to confirm which day of the week it is and it says TUESDAY on it so I get up and start getting dressed, only to discover that it is actually MONDAY and a bank holiday (in Ireland anyway) today!!!

Once I wake up it's rare that I can actually get myself to go back to sleep in the morning. I might take a nap later on though!

But I feckin' hate it when a lie on gets ruined like that. Why didn't Alexa know that it's a bank holiday in Ireland and not to wake me??? So much for artificial intelligence! 😆😆😆

But when you went to bed last night, did you expect to get up for work in the morning?

Yeah, same here. I forgot to switch mine off last night. I hit the snooze button and dozed on for a bit. Unfortunately, the cats heard it too.

I was so tired after the weekend that I actually went to bed early and thought (in my stupor) that I had slept through a whole day, based on my Fitbit saying it was Tuesday. I clearly need a better fitness watch that can accurately tell me the days of the week!
