Pregnancy snack ideas please

I'm about 5 weeks pregnant and going back to work as a teacher soon (September).

I need some snack ideas that I can grab and eat quickly, in between classes or when I don't have time for a full lunch (quite often) and to help stop the nausea. Bonus points if they don't need a fridge.

I'm not actively trying to lose weight but I put on a lot with my first and trying to make better choices than reaching for crisps etc all the time.

I used to like carrot sticks/celery and Hummus with DS1...the crunchiness helped (you could put them in a lunch box with one of those mini ice pack things to keep the Hummus cold?)

Mini pretzels are also.good

Ice pack in a lunch bag is a good idea. Will keep some fridge-y things more accessible!

Proper corn do mini bags of popcorn which is quite filling.
mini yogurt or chocolate covered rice cakes
chop up carrot / celery / cucumber and cherry tomatoes
babybel or they’re getting so expensive I’m verging on buying a big block of cheese and chopping it up at the start of each week!
grapes / strawberries/ blueberries / raspberries
Aldi do several types of multipacks of biscuits - party rings, jammy dodgers,
cookies and animal biscuits for when you fancy a sweet treat.
