Has anyone been to London on NYE and tell me what it's like, where to go, is it worth it?

@footballcominghome1 I love London any time of year but make an effort to go every new years eve! I find designmynight.com great for event ideas. Are you looking to watch the fire works? Party hard? Any of the usual tourist attractions? Somthing off the beaten path? Budget friendly or money no object? Are you solo/partner/with the kids?
