When were at my Nanny's house we would take it in turns to hold a mirror above our noses so you could see the ceiling. Then the other one would pretend to be a estate agent trying to sell the house.

Murder in the Dark

When all the car registrations used to start with a single letter my sisters and I would play a highly competitive game on the motorway.

We'd each choose a letter and the first to spot ten cars with that letter as the first letter on the registration would win.

We were so sad we'd look forward to a long journey on the basis we could play the 'motorway game'

Ooo yes, that was an exciting game to play at birthday parties.
