Looking for a new career HELP

Hey all, I'm hoping I can get some ideas on what I can do for a new job/career. I've name charged for this as I know some people have a problem with long term benefit claimants.

Some background. I've spent the last 20 years caring for a family member with cancer and then for my disabled child. Thankfully I'm getting to the point where I am going to be coming to the end of this in the next year or so. And I desperately want a career before it's too late. I have no pension so ideally want a well paid pension. I haven't wasted my caring time, I've got a BA and an MA in English from part time study and I also qualified as a TA. Previously I was a manager for a holiday let cleaning company. I do now have arthritis so nothing overly physical.

I'm bipolar. I am very creative, and I can turn my hand to anything. I can struggle with routine and like a bit of variety. I'm 45 years old and I'm more than happy to undertake any training or do an extra course/qualification but I'm desperately looking for advice and ideas on what I can do.

Would you have a preference for working for someone or being self employed?

You could own a cleaning business which wouldn't be too physical?

What about being an English tutor? You could pre record videos or do classes. With your creativity you could make them as interesting and different as you wanted.
