How do I get from Newark Liberty to Wall Street?

Any NYC experts? Any tips for the subway in general? It all looks SO bloody confusing!

Easiest way would be to get a cab, but if you're using public transport, get the train from the airport into Penn Station, then subway (2 or 3 train)
