Westminster to Tower Hill via Thames

Hi,

DD and I are going to London next week for a couple of days. First time for me without another adult to help!

I want to take her to St Katherine's Dock via the Thames but wondering if you have to prebook or whether you can just hop on and off like the tube? We'll be getting on at Westminster.

I've tried googling but some look like tourist cruisey type things that you have to pre book. Is there more than one pier?

I'm a northern hill Billy so this is all new to me 😬

You need the Uber Boat - it’s not actually an Uber, it’s run by Thames Clippers. That’s the commuter boat, no need to pre-book. More details here:

Yep just go to the Wesrminster dock and check the time table. You can just get on it when it turns up, no need to book.

That's really helpful, thank you!
