I have a lovely three year old moggie and a cheeky eight month Dc.
Cat does her own thing most of the day - she’ll go outside in the morning for an hour, then she tends to curl up, or she will sit and watch me and Dc play from a distance (I’m on mat leave). She won’t sit on me for a cuddle in the day ever.
Despite cat having ample opportunity for a cuddle in the day (I am sat down a lot as Dc does do independent play with me on the sofa next to her watching or talking to her) the cat decides every night that she must have a cuddle on my lap at the exact same time I am breast feeding Dc to sleep. Cat decides that there is room for her on somewhere tiny like my knee (there isn’t with dc on me being fed to sleep!) and simply must sit there for a cuddle. Cat shouts very loudly if she isn’t allowed on .
Anyone else’s moggie do something equally silly?!
