Toddler speak translation experts required

My lovely niece keeps saying " ho ho " , it could be after "animal ho ho " or "daddy ho ho ".

Any ideas ?

Friend's little boy says 'hoo hoo' for hoover?

Is it a 'hello'
Or a 'uh oh'.... Toddlers seem to like that one, maybe it's the curiosity of why adults make that noise following a mishap!

Knowing toddlers it will be absolutely nowhere near what any of us think.

Can you give more context? For mine, if she pointed at animals and df saying ho ho it would probably mean riding/piggy back like a horse (ho ho).

It just seems to come up randomly so it will be daddy ho ho , animal ho ho , or just ho ho .

It's not oh oh or hello , I ve just checked and she can say those thingsm

I did think cuddle but we are drawing a blank
