Will that be nice or horrible? I have chicken breast and a large tub of crème fraiche to use and was going to make chilli chicken pasta.

Have you any ideas how I can make this dish ?

Would be great. Use the crème fraiche as your dairy to make a pasta sauce.

I'd probably marinate the chicken in the sweet chilli. Grill it/bake/pan fry. Slice up. Boil the pasta and use a little pasta water to loosen up the crème fraiche to a sauce consistency, season with herbs and spices. You could sauté some onions and garlic in some oil, add the creme fraiche, pasta water, seasonings, additional sweet chilli, toss the pasta through and top with the sliced chicken or pop the chicken in the sauce too.
Just a bit of a gist of what you could do. Think it would be lovely.

I’d use one or the other, not both. Add lemon zest, any green herb you have to hand (not dried). If you have cucumber, red pepper, tomato, pick one of those chop it up and bung it in - I prefer to do that at the end but you might want to lightly fry pepper.

I’m currently making ‘fridge soup’ to avoid having to leave the house.

We had a gousto/hello fresh recipe that was halloumi/red pepper kebabs served with mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce mixed together. Was lovely. I now replicate it frequently but mix in equal parts Greek yoghurt and mayonnaise with the chilli sauce and is lovely.

Creme fraiche and sweet chilli sauce are the perfect sauce accompaniment for sweet potato wedges! Dollop the sweet chilli on top of the creme fraiche and dip your wedges into it. Delicious!

I'm adding sweet potatoes to my shopping list now... 😋

I like cooking chicken in fajita/bbq spice then mix in crème fraiche and pasta.
