What are these bumps??

2yo DD has had them for about a week, and today they've got bigger and 3 more have come up including one on the opposite leg!

All my kids have eczema but this is different.

No one else in the house has them so don't think it's a bite.

Any ideas??

They do look very much like bites though.

Are they itchy?

I know, they look like bites, but they've been unchanged for around a week, just grown a bit, whereas with a bite I would expect them to have gone down by now. And no one else has them at all

She hasn't been scratching that I can see. Some of them have a dot of scab in the middle
