TUI Lost Luggage Line - Do they EVER pick up?!!

Just that really

Trying to report a case that didn't turn up after arrival home at Birmingham airport last weekend. Did so at the airport and they say there's no sign of it yet. I can report lost with TUI from today.

I've called on four separate occasions so far tiday and it just rings. And rings. And rings Confused

Has anyone any good news stories to share about finally getting through?!!

I contacted the airport where I filed the Property Irregularity Report. Guidance is to do that.

Not speaking much Italian I Don't fancy my chances of getting far trying to track it down at Naples airport Confused
