Felt fine today. Was a busy and slightly stressful, but all dealt with with humour and anxiety under control. got home, changed and laid on bed to rest for a minute, that ended up being about 20, and now I've got up, I physically ache, thighs hurts, back of upper arms, my back. Struggling to get going again. Want to sit on the couch and mooch. Or actually, go to bed! What is that about?!

You must be very healthy OP if this is so unusual for you, i envy that. Im relatively healthy too but have underactive thyroid and can have phases where I'm like that for weeks. Thankfully it goes too so its not too bad.

I agree its probably a virus coming so listen to your body and rest as much as you can. I'm sure you'll be OK.

The tiredness is not unusual, the marathon muscles are!

I did eat breakfast, which I don't normally, and only had one coffee, and two energy drinks, when my routine is waaay more coffee. So that balances out. During the day, I will eat if my boss is in, as we tend to forget otherwise until one of us realises we are hungry and order something 🤣 but they arent in for the next month so trying to start up eating breakfast!

I am up at half five/six, coffee, do some bits around the house, out by half seven for a half hour to 50 min commute, on my feet all day, home around 7. Work 6 days a week.

On my day off I struggle. I know I struggle without routine, which is why I can jump out of bed on work days, but on my day off, despite putting a loose routine in place I want to sleep, or I get up and my motivation has disappeared, or quite often my family mess up my supposed routine! I just want to lie down and read a book!
