I do and really enjoy it- not just the eating but the preparing.
Today I’ve had mango for breakfast, sourdough toast and lentil soup with chilli cumin coriander carrots garlic and tomatoes. Supper tonight curry- daal, aloo ghobi (with rice and paratha which don’t count toward) so approx 12/15 portions just today. Supper is often mixed salad with nuts and lots of herbs.

I often get 15 in just one meal! Easy to do in a rainbow salad with grains, seeds, nuts and herbs included.

It's pretty easy if have a varied diet.

Yep, I don't overthink it & don't count but do try. I like it.

Yes, I do! I took an interest in Tim Spector's books and podcasts and change my diet for the best.
It didn't require a lot of effort as we always had quite a lot of veg and fruit, but the concept of variety made sense. Now we have huge mixed salads at least twice a week and I put A LOT of different veg/pulses in there (easily 10+ and I do rotate the ingredients constantly). Then we have veg side dishes with 2-3 types of veg with every meal. And 5-6 types of fruit always available in the house. Plus I add nuts and seeds to porridge, salads or as snacks.

It doesn't take long to reach the 30 if you have an even slightly varied diet. Even my autistic beige food addict son can get halfway there with various grains, nuts, seeds, oils, potatoes, herbs, ketchup, banana or carrot cake and dried fruit!

I eat a plant based diet so easily do more than 30.

As it says it includes grains, nuts, seeds, herbs, and spices, too, I’d imagine a lot of people do.
