My 3 year old son has just come in from the garden with his hand behind his back and then presented me with a daisy that he'd picked. He said, 'this is for you mama, put it in you hair' ❤️

He then went on to tell me that he wanted to pick 'a yellow one' but there's 'too many bugitos on it' 🤣🥰

My kids have made me smile today. Had an unexpected chat on the phone with DD earlier whilst I was at work, and DS was desperate to show me his latest trick he’s learnt on his bike when I got home. They’re both 5 and I’m amazed that these little humans do these things!

i have dc dog to walk along with my own, who is jealous, so i have to be especially nice to mine
but the visiting dog is so amusing, leaping in the air in excitement, enjoying life

Dancing with my little boy round the living room, singing silly songs to him and him laughing his head off at me

Watching my 3 year old trying to lift his head when he was held upright in the hydrotherapy pool. He has no head or trunk control and despite the fact he woke grumpy from his car nap on the way to the pool he tried really hard today.

My 5 year old knocking toys off posts with beanbags at an activity session. He was so excited each time he managed to knock one down and spent ages playing the game!

Feeding the ducks and small birds from my caravan window in the pouring rain

That's so sweet OP.

I've a small pocket handkerchief garden in suburbia. I stood by my little pond this morning (in reality a sunken washing up bowl) and just said, "Hello little frog," and a frog popped his head up out of the water. I was astounded. I think I'd better not get too overexcited about it and keep doing it or I might scare it off. I very rarely actually see any wild life so it delighted me.

My 19 year old son and his girlfriend asked me along to the Barbie movie they saw it last week and thought I'd love it so saw it again with me today . Lovely to be included and that I've raised a son who recognised his mother would love a feminist film 😊

My 14yo ds was finally brave enough to get his overdue vaccinations today which he'd refused at school.

The nurses were so lovely and patient and he gave me a kiss on the top of the head for making him pancakes for breakfast as a reward. I get very little physical affection from him these days so it was very much appreciated and made me smile.

Friendship. A kind smile and hug in a hard week.

My 4 month old having a lovely time at baby sensory. He was chattering and babbling away and sounded like he was joining in with the songs.

Then, the delicious caesar salad I had afterwards

My son has his friend over and they are playing and giggling in the other room. He found it really difficult to make friends at school, and this kid is kind and funny. I'm so pleased he's found someone who shares his sense of humour. It's so nice to hear!!!
