I’m working late so will probably have a ready meal but always up for meal inspirations!

Chorizo jambalaya

I've done a nice slow-cooked beef stew, and just scoffed two bowls of it. The rest is now in the freezer.

Diced beef, diced spuds, sliced carrots, crushed tomatoes, chopped onion, garlic, red wine, butter, beef stock, thyme, oregano, basil, pepper.

Pan fried sea bass in white wine sauce with roasted veggies today, unless this headache sticks around in which case it'll be fish fingers and oven chips😂

Salmon, broccoli and tomato pasta

Whatever ready meal I find at Tesco. We have family who have invited themselves for tomorrow so spending the evening doing a food shop, sorting out the house, and everything else I need to get done, so no energy to cook.

Salmon and new potatoes with peas and courgettes. And hopefully a lemon and tarragon sauce of some description.

Whatever needs using up in the fridge, so some sort of salad probably.

Salmon on a bed of savoury veg rice

Thursday is my easy tea day where I can't be bothered to cook so its frozen pizza tonight.

We have tuna, sweet potato and chilli fish cakes, salad and home made apple slaw.

Steak night at the pub as a treat!

A chicken and chickpea tomatoey garlicky Spanish stew type thing with roasted baby potatoes and green beans. Fresh raspberries for after.

Jacket potatoes with cheese and coleslaw and the last of the salad.
The fridge is almost empty and the cupboards are almost bare.
