How do I contact Yahoo mail?

I can't find a way to contact them.

My phone isn't letting me access my email account (only have the free one, not Yahoo plus).

If I've been locked out before, it lets me reset my password with a reset code to my phone. Now I'm just getting this:

Can anyone advise, please? I'm feeling very stressed. :/

It keeps directing me to try again. I have two backup phone numbers but it's saying I don't have any way to confirm it's me.
It only lets me send a verification code to my email address, which I can access on my computer, I input that, and it tells me I have multiple addresses linked to it, which is true, I select my main one, then get that message in my OP. I feel like I'm going round in circles.

No advice, sorry, but bumping because it's a nightmare when things like this happen!

I really need a human at yahoo to speak with. Can't work out how to do that, without upgrading and paying for my yahoo account.

Just wanted to update.
It randomly started working today. As in, I was able to reset my password using my phone number to get a reset code. Literally did the exact same process as yesterday.

I can't believe it.

What a huge stress though.
