Blame, guilt,

Please can I put it out there that domestic violence from child /teen to parent does happen. And because its not out out there. The parent is made to feel they are to blame and its their fault.

Just because the full history is not fully known to some does not mean its not true.

And if anyone recognises me I don't even care anymore.

I'm hoping another poster will be along soon to offer more specific advice as I have no real experience of this, but I suggest you reach out for support so you're not alone. There are professionals who can help and domestic violence charities if you do some research on Google. I hope things get better for you 🙏
