Centre Parc - Woburn

I'm going to Centre Parc Woburn in a couple of weeks. I know they have travel cots in the lodges and not the wooden cots like other Centre Parcs do. Does anyone have any experience of using the Woburn travel cots? Are they comfy? Do they have a decent mattress? I know my travel cot only has a thin padded base, which is ok for one night's sleep, I'm just worried about my little one being comfy for a week in a travel cot, or do I bring my own mattress???

Hi,

Yes I have experience of this!

The travel cots they provide you have to annoyingly put up yourself. But once they are up they are very sturdy. The mattresses are poor though. We just put the duvet in the spare bed in for my daughter to lie on top of to make it comfier.

I think if you called up and asked if they have any of the wooden ones they might have some? I remember reading that somewhere.

Is your little one close to being able to be in a bed with barriers at all, the barriers they provide are good. We had our just turned 2 year old in like that.

Thank you, I think I'll call and try and get a wooden one.
