Present for estate agent (for tomorrow)

We're due to complete on a house purchase tomorrow.

The estate agent has been great, really communicative, remembered little things we wanted/needed (even very specific things), he's been easy to contact and to work with.

I'd like to thank him for his support (I know the commission is the real thanks).

Of course I know nothing about him, except he's probably early-mid 20's, appears like a bit of a 'lad' (souped-up car, personalised number plate). Usually I'd buy a bottle of Champagne but that doesn't sound like his type of thing, and bringing a crate of beer may be a bit inappropriate in a work setting.

Oh and I left it 'til the last minute, of course - because I've been distracted by the house purchase.

I will also let his boss know what a good job he did, and write a review online.

Personal opinion but... I think this is a bit weird. Just make sure his boss knows he's done a good job and get him a thank you card.

Hmmm I think a fancy bottle would still work quite well! You could always ring up and ask someone else who works there if he drinks / what he likes?

We got ours a bunch of flowers and a voucher for Starbucks as we never saw her without a giant coffee in hand 😂

A few bottles of beer in a gift bag and a box of chocolates is fine, with a nice card.

A bottle of spirit? Gin or whiskey?

If he doesn't like it it will save him £30 at Christmas Atleast 😂
