Spray tan

I have a spray tan booked for this afternoon but I am feeling really self conscious about it. How long does it usually take? I want to keep my own knickers on and my bra, is that possible? I probably sound silly. I really want a spray tan as I think they look nice if done well and I can’t be bothered to do my own tan anymore but I am also feeling weird about the idea of someone having to see me nearly naked as I get the tan.

You can keep your own knickers on but if you can I'd leave your bra off as you'll have that strap mark across your back. They're very quick tho in and out 5/10 mins, they seen all sorts before so try and remember that when you're in 😊

I wouldn't leave your bra on... I mean yes it's super embarrassing but they do this every day. My friend does spray tans and she said most people are naked!

Go to a self spray booth, most sunbed shops have them, very easy to use.I don't know anyone who still has someone do it for them.

Just out of interest, does anyone worry about the chemicals you are breathing in during a spray tan? I know it’s probably safer then using an aerosol hair spray or deodorant every day and I’m probably paranoid but …

In the self tan booths, you're literally in for 5/6 minutes, I think if we start worrying to that degree we'd never go out the door.
