DWP health assessment - taken so long to come through I am better now

I stopped working back in february due to ill health, and haven't worked since. I had no idea what the problem was back then, I just knew that I was so breathless, dizzy and exhausted that I could barely make it up the stairs to my bedroom. It was horrible. I went onto universal credit and was asked to fill out a health assessment form, but was warned that it would take a while to get assessed.

Long story short, I was eventually diagnosed with severe anaemia. The cause of it was addressed, I recently had an iron transfusion, and can't believe how quickly I felt better! The health assessment interview has just come through...but I am feeling so much better now! So, do I talk about how I felt a few months ago?? Or do I cancel the assessment given I am back to looking for work?? I have never claimed benefits before so don't know how it all works. Thanks for any advice.

Don't waste your time, or theirs, just cancel it.
