What vitamins and supplements do you take?

I went to the doctor last year as I was feeling absolutely run down and dreadful all the time. After blood tests I came back as deficient in Vitamin D so I started taking a supplement and I do feel that it's helped. I also take a general multivitamin and omega 3 as I don't eat a lot of fish.

After the positive experience with vitamin D supplements I wondered if there's anything else I can add that would be beneficial? I don't really have any health issues other than plantar fascitis.

What do you take and do you think it helps? Or am I just paying to have very expensive wee?

vit B complex for energy.
a good quality omega 3 for joints.
vit D3 and K2 instead of just D.

That is interesting, what is the difference between D3 and just vitamin D supplements?

I have wondered if I should take probiotics. Have they made any difference for you?

Enormously. But I'm on long term antibiotics, so my guts were shot.

Have a look on the Nutravita website and it will tell you.

And have a look at the omega 3 2000mg with the white label and blue top while you’re there.

Zita West vitamins are fantastic. I’ve used them for pregnancy in the past but I just use the DHA, vitamins and vitamin boost supplements now and despite having not the best diet I always have energy and feel great. They seem to work.
