Royal mail - does anybody know a phone number for them?

I ordered from a website recently and they are claiming royal mail have lost the items twice! I am starting to wonder if this company has taken my money and lied about sending the items. There is no way for me to track. Does anyone know how I can contact them by phone? The website is shite and doesn't give you much information. Thanks

Your contract is with the company, not Royal Mail. If the items aren’t tracked then RM will not have a clue where they are.
The company you ordered from should be sorting this out.

The items are apparently tracked by the company, the company are saying royal mail have now lost 2 lots of the same item which I don't believe. Surely RM can see if they have had items in their offices that were meant to come to me or not.

They probably could, but their contract is with the seller so they won't (shouldn't) tell you anything.
