Does anyone use See saw App for their school?

Posting this in chat for traffic. My son has just finished reception, the school use Seesaw to upload photos. I mistakenly clicked on seesaw tonight for something else, and see that my son is not connected to any classes. Also, all of his pictures are gone. I understand he won't be connected to any classes (as moving up to year one) but didn hope the photos would stay on there? Does anyone use seesaw and can advise if this is normal, and if once he joins the year one class the photos come back? :)

Our primary school did.
We lost all photos at the end of every year. We did get an email reminder beforehand but I can't remember bow what it said or if it gave us an option to save any.

Ah no that's not what I wanted to hear! Thank you though for letting me know :) OK lesson learned for next year definitely!
Luckily tbf my son wasn't in many photos or at the back of crowded photos LOL but would've been nice for his first year to have some photos :)
