Approximately how much per month gas/electric for a 3 bed new build

Im looking at buying a new build 3 bed semi. I’m fine with the cost of the mortgage and can check on insurance, council tax, water, wi fi, etc, but how can I work out roughly what fuel will cost? I will be living alone. Would anyone in a similar position be able to give me some idea of what I should be budgeting for. I largely work from home. Thanks in advance

I live in a new build 3 bed semi but with husband and 11 year old daughter and I'm currently paying £140 per month.

Thanks Amitabha. Did you have to pay any extra at the end of the year or were you in credit ?

I live in an 80s built 3 bed semi and pay £102 a month. Will vary depending on if you plan to heat all the rooms or just the ones you use, is it open plan? Are the stairs in the living room for the heat to escape up.

We were in credit when it was £185 per monthso we have recently put it down. So far it's spot on.

Paying £165 for our 4 bed terrace 4 adults. Should be similar

We pay £175 for a 3 bed detached new build. 2 adults 2 young children. (1adult works full time from home) we were paying £145 but wanted to build up our credit a bit ready for the winter.

Anywhere from £90-£120 per month - 2 adults who use 2 showers, 1 washing load, 1 dishwasher per day (as well as the oven and TV). Scottish Power.

We pay for what we use instead of a fixed price though, so it does fluctuate.

We are in a 4-bed det newbuild, just two of us.
Currently around £70pm G&E and in the winter the max was £215pm G&E (actual figures based on monthly readings).
Heating on as & when we want it, tumble, dishwasher etc, both shower every day and up until the Spring I was WFH every day.
Overpay on DD and have built up a buffer of £1k which is nice.

I think it is the fact that your place is a newbuild is in your favour as it keeps the bills down.
