One parent going away with two young DC ideas

DH has to go away for a week that we were suppose to be off together. I can't change my week off now so thought I would still try to go away with my two DC. We were originally planning a centre parks type trip. However I can see it being a nightmare with two young DC on my own. They both love things like swimming/splash pools but neither are strong swimmers and trying to handle two I know would be too much. They also have a habit of running in two different directions at parks

Has anyone any ideas? I have tried to find places/that smaller/just have small splash pool that is shallow but not having any luck. We plan to stay in the UK.

Centre Parcs could work if you make use of the crèche and the unaccompanied sessions. The crèche is 3 hours, which would give you enough time to take your other dc to the pool complex. There are also a couple of activities for children aged 3+ which they don’t need an accompanying adult for.

Searles in Hunstanton has a separate splash pool. It’s close to the beach. They also have a small soft play.
