Quick fix juice diet for a week?

It’s a big birthday for me next week. I’ve just come back from holiday and am the heaviest I’ve ever been 😳

I was considering going doing a quick fix, like a juice diet, before I went away. And now I am back I am pretty sure I need to do this! I KNOW it’s a quick fix, it’s not sustainable, I’ll put all the weight back on most likely… but I just need to do something fast and will go on a proper healthy eating plan post birthday.

Can anyone recommend some good juice diets? Perhaps some pre-made ones? I was considering doing the Jason Vale one but my friend said I would need a decent juicer which I don’t have and I understand are quite expensive….

Grateful for any advice, tips, recommendations etc!!

It's a ridiculous idea. Just eat normal healthy food in sensible amounts.

Rather than a juice diet why don't you do the cambridge diet for a week?

I get the frustration, but honestly juice diet in the run up to an event to fit into an outfit kind of works, but to pump prime a diet it absolutely doesn't work, the weight just comes back on a couple of week later.

Drinking a glass of water with each meal, balanced meals and portion control does though I find (just doing it consistently is the problem!).
