Ninja Oven - cleaning?

Does anyone have a ninja oven?

It says not to use anything chemical to clean it, juts goat soapy water, but after just a few months it seems to be building up some really bad grease spots that just won't shift.

Any suggestions welcome 🙏

I just wipe mine with a damp cloth, but there are stubborn bits watching

Mine is awful, the brown spots won't come off at all - I don't even cook splattery foods in it. I have never cooked a chicken in it for example, but I do heat up Quorn nuggets/fillets often!
