We're in a cottage.
2 kids 8 and 11.
DP is down about the rain and I'm struggling to raise enthusiasm.
Any ideas where to go, what to do ?
We're here till Saturday and it's rain the whole time apparently...

Go over to Polzeath and go body boarding - once you're in the water it doesn't make any difference if it's raining.

Depends what you like to do. The Lobster Hatchery in the car park is a good hour killer and the Padstow museum has moved nearby to this, but I havent visited since the move.

There are a number of stately homes, Prideaux Place in Padstow, or some further afield in Bodmin (Lanhydrock) or Newquay (Trerice) both are National Trust. Newquay also have a sealife place but havent been there.

Tourist Information in the red building in the harbour should have leaflets on more places to visit to give you more ideas.

Btw can also reccomend the Regal Cinema in Wadebridge, lovely place!
