Toaster bags

Erm... It's my first time, I'm quite excited for lunch today.
Do I toast the bread first, or just put the bread sandwich in the bag? Any tips? Butter on the outside?
Can I reheat pizza in a toaster bag? Warm scones?

No need to toast the bread first, butter or no butter is a matter of choice and yes you can cook/heat other things in them. My main tip is to use some sort of implement to lift them out of the toaster (eg wooden spoon handle through the holes) as a lot of steam comes out of them and you can scald yourself.
