Repeatedly woken by car alarm last night

Not really sure why posting, just a rant I suppose.

Last night I went to bed quite early and was then woken no less than 5 times during the night by a car alarm from a car parked in the road, not a neighbour's car, probably a visitor car.

I am beyond tired after a broken sleep and have so much I need to do today.

A neighbour who presumably had also been woken even messaged the street WhatsApp group to ask if anyone knew whose car it is.

After treating me and the neighbours to a sleepless night the car has now gone.

I know I just need to power through today, but I am so pissed off and tired, as is probably much of the street.

If it's still there, pop a note on and say :

Just to let you know your alarm went off repeatedly last night. May be worth checking for spiders/battery power/ the alarm system function.

That's so annoying OP. Not cars, but I get woken up several times in the night by pedestrians who are incapable of walking past quietly, but have to SHOUT into their phones telling the world that they are heading home 🤬

If it's going off again tonight - 'Pop a baseball bat on it.!

I'm so fucking tired and trying to concentrate as WFH. Now a house alarm has just gone off over the road. Arrrggh!
