Am starting on the less than 3% fat foods for my gallbladder and I need some help.
have seen labels on the fronts of things that say that the one pack of crisps ( out of a multipack ) is 2.9. But all the websites etc say only eat things that are 5% per 100g. So when I turn the packed over it says that the 100g is higher than 2.9.
I’m sure it is easily explained and I just want to make sure that I’m eating the correct foods. do I go by the front of the pack . Or by the back of the pack for the 100g.
this isn’t easy for me as I am already wheat and dairy free. I also have ibs so veggies are a problem. So I’m really struggling to find things that I can eat on a regular basis. God I feel stupid asking this question.
