EBay scam?

I am new to eBay and last night I listed a purse for £27 buy it now or best offer. I received an offer for £27 rather than them actually buying it/offering me a lower price. When I clicked on their profile their bio seemed rather odd. It says to send images of the item to an email address as they are buying it for their cousin in the uk and they are in the us. I accepted their offer and received a direct message from them to read their profile and send images to that address. I don't understand as there are several images of the purse, 9 in total. The images include the front,back, inside, inside pocket etc. I can't take any more images of the purse. They haven't paid me as they are waiting for the images. I'm thinking this is some sort of scam? There also isn't an address to send the item to. I have attached images.

Is that only 1 positive feedback they have? - I'd say it's dodgy. They probably want the images to put up themselves and pretend they are selling the item. Tell them there are 9 pictures of the item up and you won't be emailing them any more and if they want the item then they need to pay for it within x number of days.

Yes they only have one review. I think I might cancel the order.

I would CNL and report them to eBay. Very very odd!

Definitely a scam- the images things is just to get your email address , they will then use this info to create a fake PayPal receipt and tell you they’ve paid

Surely they can send the link to the item to their cousin?

Sounds like a scam. They want hi res pictures of the item OR they're after the EXIF data from your photo which will give your location away (most don't turn off the location feature from their phones)

Ahh I figured they want my email address for something...so scary

@mrsmacmc what's CNL?

Yes, the idea is they send an email from ‘PayPal’ that you assume is genuine and you ship the item before you realise no funds are actually coming your way
