Has anybody sold a holiday before?

Have a holiday booked for mid-August, and don't want to go on it anymore, but will lose 90% of the price if I cancel now 😫 has anybody used a website or facebook to sell this? Ive heard of websites, the fees are quite high. But on the flip side i'm a bit wary of being scammed somehow via facebook

I bought a holiday in similar circumstances but there is a real element of trust through Facebook as at some point someone either sends money without the holiday being in their name, or you change the name and then they send you the money. We did it by the person selling going into the Tui shop, the Tui shop calling me while they were there and changing the passenger details and then i sent the money.

There's an element of risk though!

Why don’t you want to go? Do you need the money back or could you change the dates/location and go another time?

I did that not long ago, had originally booked Crete but changed it to Budapest a few months later.
