Button up pjs

Hello not sure if posting in the right section
Need help finding button up pjs for my 4 year old she's due major skull surgery in 4 weeks I won't be able to put t-shirts over her head for about 3 weeks due to her skull being cut open from ear to ear with near on 55 stiches I'm having terrible trouble finding button up pjs any ideas greatly welcome

You could also use vest tops and pull them up over her legs rather than down over her head.
