Last week I had the most horrific coil fitting. It's my 4th one and the first three took about 3-5 mins and minimal pain afterwards.
Last week it took 45 mins of poking and prodding and pain. It was a nurse new to the practice being supervised by the doctor who's done the other 3. For the days following I was in agony, my stomach. My back and my vagina. Or just hurt! I took pain meds as I usually do! Then 3 days later I got a UTI.
I'm finally feeling better. DP is home from sea for a short time and I'm missing that with him. But the thought of it is bloody scary. The thought it might hurt
(He is by no means putting any pressure on me fyi!)
But how can I get over this fear?
