Anyone know of anywhere that will deliver a cheese 'selection box' type thing?

I'm on the hunt for something for my dad's 70th birthday next month. I thought maybe a nice cheese board, with some crackers, or something along those lines, would be nice. He doesn't really want 'things' and buys for himself when he does anyway.

Do any of you know of anywhere to buy something along those lines? Otherwise I may put together my own, but then that means I need to store it & my fridge is full with the months shop atm!

Is there a local,l fancy shop near him that delivers, we had one delivered to us once and it got delayed in the post so was gross by the time we got it

I've used the Cheddar Gorge Cheese Company many times - my father loves the cheeses, especially the cave aged ones and the one with port in it! Proper Cheddar cheese from Cheddar!

Northumberland Cheese Company did our cheese wedding cake. We had hampers off them over lock down too

Pong again, have had loads from them and sent to other people, excellent customer service.

Another vote for Pong. I get my husband a subscription every year for his birthday. As a PP said, excellent customer service and lovely cheeses.

Thirded - not the cheapest, but incredible quality.

I did the Abel & Cold cheese selection box a couple of times in lockdown and wasn't that impressed.

M&S did them in the past

We got my DDad a cheese and wine hamper from fortnum & mason if you want something extra special.
