Where to move to?

I'm looking at starting my life over somewhere completely new.

I currently live on the Essex/Suffolk border and love with a divorce looming over my head a fresh start for me and my child seems incredibly appealing.

I'd be looking for somewhere rural with beautiful countryside with a small amount of land (2-6 acres perhaps). What areas should I consider?

I've been thinking the same, I'm considering Lancashire or Scotland.

Fens in Cambridgeshire? Near Ely ?

North Norfolk. I love it here, it has peace, tranquility, beautiful beaches, lovely countryside and just a great vibe.

Lancashire is a consideration for me too.
